some dude calling saying we owed a debt from 1996 ( it is now 2009) saying if we dont pay him now we will be charged for criminal fraud. he says hes a lawyer but i cannot find him anywhere as a lawyer. the original call was placed from 7168734373. i looked this number up and it comes up as a hair salon in bufflao new york. He knew alot of info about us including ss number, vehicle make model and plate number. says he will clear our bank accounbts and we will be served court papers within the next couple of days. says the original debt was a credit card balance ( a credit card in which we've never had) of 1500 and says if we go to court it will be over $7000. i think he commiting fraud myself. guess we will just have to wait and see. i couldnt find any information other then what ive said here on the net.
